At ENGWE, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the bicycle in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bike, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
